• In approximately 25-45 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway you will receive confirmation of completion of transaction.
• Our Payment Gateway uses the latest 128 bit encryption technology and other sophisticated methods to protect your credit card information. You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the Website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information.
• You can be assured that we offer you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.
• The materials used and displayed on our site, including the text, software, graphics, directories, guides, news articles, opinions, reviews, photographs, video clips, audio clips, illustrations, profiles, and trademarks and service marks, names and logos and the like, collectively the “Content”, are the property of AHP.

1. About Us

Association of Hospitality Professionals (AHP) is a non-profit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Our goal is to promote and support the hospitality industry and its professionals.

2. Services

We offer membership, event registrations, and accept donations to support our initiatives.
AHP reserves the right to approve or reject any application.

3. Donations

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable (except for duplicate transactions).
Donations do not entitle the donor to any goods or services.
Acknowledgement receipts will be emailed after successful payment.

4. Payments

Payments must be made through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable.
Event fees are refundable only if the event is cancelled by AHP.
Donations are non-refundable, except for duplicate transactions.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Privacy & Security

We do not store your card or banking details. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
