A Trainer’s Facilitation skills has become one of the most significant Faculty competencies, given the acute talent crunch which the industries are facing today. This comprehensive workshop is designed to equip the teaching faculty with the skills of facilitations and the art of reaching out effectively to the Millennial (students).

The workshop also teaches the fundamentals of adult learning and how to design sessions effectively around identified learning needs. Besides instructor led training, the workshop is conducted through a combination of models, theories, simulations and role plays. Each participant is given opportunities to design and conduct learning sessions while receiving feedback on areas to improve and become more effective. The program is conducted over 2- 3 Days with coaching and testing assignments leading to a final certification with a live training conducted by the participant.
